IL-1?? activates MDSC in vitro and in vivo through an IL-1RI/NF-??B pathway.

IL-1 likely requires TRAF6 to signal to the SAPKs. IL-1 binding to its receptor (IL-1R) triggers heterodimerisation of IL-1R with IL-1RAcP (not modelled) a transmembrane protein necessary for IL-1 signal transduction. The IL-1R/IL-1RAcP heterodimer then recruits the death domain adapter protein MyD88.
