miR-149 targets IL-6 mRNA and is downregulated in GC CAFs
PGE2 receptor, PTGER2 and IL6, are potential targets of miR-149
PGE2 binds to EP2 and induces the hypermethylation and suppression of miR-149, reversing the downregulation of IL-6 and EP2 expression.
