EphA receptors (stimulated by Ephrin-A)associate with Ephexin (so-called NGEF or ARHGEF27) to modulates the activity of ephexin.
Ephexin stimulates activity of RhoA, leading to Cdc42 and Rac1 inhibition, and cell morphology changes.
