p250GAP (so-called ARHGAP32 or p200RhoGAP) is a RhoGAP protein that is expressed predominantly in brain.
ARHGAP32 is associated with and phosphorylated by Fyn, a member of Src-family protein tyrosine kinase.
p250GAP is phosphorylated by Fyn in oligodendrocytes and Fyn activity is up-regulated during oligodendrocyte maturation.
